Job Description:

• 1) Tends equipment that melts and sprays chocolate on cookies or crackers to enrobe them: Fills machine hopper with chocolate, using buckets or conveyor.

• 2) Turns valve to regulate temperature of tank to melt and facilitate flow of chocolate, according to thermometer reading.

• 3) Starts machine to spray chocolate on cookies or crackers.

• 4) Observes cookies emerging from machine to ensure adequate coating.

• 5) May melt and temper chocolate.
