Job Description:

• 1) Operates automatic reamer to ream and mill drilled holes in clarinet posts: Secures reaming tool in chuck of machine.

• 2) Positions hole over reamer and reams as specified.

• 3) Secures mill shaft in machine chuck.

• 4) Mounts mill on end of mill shaft.

• 5) Mills clarinet post flat on each side of reamed hole to specified tolerances.

• 6) Verifies milling with go-not-go gauge.
