Job Description:

• 1) Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in distilling liquors, such as gin, brandy, and whiskey: Verifies specified amount and proof of distilled liquor produced.

• 2) Directs workers in preparing and storing ingredients, such as sour beer.

• 3) Prepares flavoring ingredients used in distilling gin.

• 4) Reviews distillation records to verify adherence to specified formula.

• 5) Inspects operating condition of stills and auxiliary equipment.

• 6) Performs other duties as described under SUPERVISOR Master Title.
