Job Description:

• 1) Prepares final bills for mailing to gas and electric-power customers: Computes and prepares final bills, using adding machine and calculator.

• 2) Keeps file of deposit certificates surrendered by customer and attaches certificates to final bills for refund of deposit.

• 3) Reviews accounting records to ensure that all charges and credits are included in final bills.

• 4) May compute interest due customers for amounts on deposit.
