Job Description:

• 1) Feeds broomcorn stems into lever-type cutter that cuts them for use in making brooms: Shakes stems against table to align ends.

• 2) Positions stems on table against gauge and depresses pedal or manually lowers blade to cut stems to specified length.

• 3) May remove seed and straighten fibers.
