Job Description:

• 1) Tends machine that cuts frozen meats, such as fish, poultry, and beef into pieces preparatory to grinding: Dumps cartons of food product onto cutting table.

• 2) Starts machine and positions meat in front of pusher.

• 3) Starts automatic pusher or turns handwheel to push meat into cutter, and to regulate thickness of cut.

• 4) May record weight of meat cut.
