Job Description:

• 1) Performs any combination of following duties in production of sulfuric acid: Diverts acid stream from production unit to storage tanks as directed.

• 2) Inspects machinery and equipment to detect malfunctions, leaks, and spills.

• 3) Cleans work area around units, using broom and shovel or water hose.

• 4) Collects samples of product for laboratory testing.

• 5) Records gauge readings and levels of acid in tanks.
