Job Description:

• 1) Tends machine that automatically smooths and paints flanges of acoustical tile: Starts machine.

• 2) Turns dial to control temperature of pressing irons.

• 3) Adjusts pressure of irons to obtain smooth finish on flanges.

• 4) Adjusts rollers, using wrench, to control amount of paint applied to flanges as tile moves on conveyor.

• 5) Observes processing and makes necessary adjustments.
