Job Description:

• 1) Tends machine that cements color samples of coated cut paper to color card display sheets or folders: Loads specified size, type, and color of chips into feeder racks on machine according to written specifications or sample color card.

• 2) Fills reservoir with liquid adhesive and stacks printed color card blanks on roller feed of machine.

• 3) Starts machine and observes cementing of chips on blanks to form color card display sheets or folders.

• 4) Notifies supervisor of malfunctions, such as poor alignment of chips, jammed paper, or mechanical failures.
