• 1) Weighs each cup containing powder charge again after weighing by SHADOWGRAPH-SCALE OPERATOR to ascertain its adherence to specifications.

• 2) Returns cups of inexact weight to original SHADOWGRAPH-SCALE OPERATOR to be check-weighed for third time.

• 3) Passes satisfactory charges on to BAG LOADER.
