Job Description:

• 1) Weighs and measures ingredients used in making casing fluid, according to formula, using scales and measuring cans.

• 2) Adds or removes ingredients until specified amount is obtained and dumps or pours ingredients into cooking vats.

• 3) Opens containers in which ingredients are stored.

• 4) May assist COOKER, CASING in cooking ingredients.
