• 1) Lays carpet and rugs: Measures and cuts carpeting to size according to floor sketches, using carpet knife.

• 2) Sews sections of carpeting together by hand.

• 3) Cuts and trims carpet to fit along wall edges, openings, and projections.

• 4) May lay linoleum.
