Job Description:

• 1) Assists CARPET LAYER to lay carpeting on floors and stairs by performing any combination of following duties: Stretches and tacks carpeting to floors.

• 2) Cuts rug padding to specified size and tacks it in place on floor, using hammer.

• 3) Trims carpeting to fit around openings, using knife.

• 4) Nails metal treads across door openings to hold carpet in place.

• 5) Performs other duties as described under HELPER Master Title.
