Job Description:

• 1) Inspects buildings, desks, cabinets, tables, and other wooden structures and equipment in establishments to ensure specified standards of maintenance.

• 2) Reports nature and extent of repairs needed or directs CARPENTERS, MAINTENANCE to make repairs.

• 3) Keeps records of conditions before and after repairs.

• 4) May make repairs within limits of preventive maintenance.
