Job Description:

• 1) Tends machine that forms cooked oilseed meats into cakes prior to oil extraction: Places cloth on cake-forming tray and presses lever or pedal to position charging buggy over tray.

• 2) Releases oilseed onto tray and folds ends of cloth over oilseed meats.

• 3) Lowers head into position over tray containing meats, and pulls lever to raise tray against head and form oilseed meats into cake.
