Job Description:

• 1) Decorates cakes and pastries with designs, using icing bag or handmade paper cone: Trims uneven surfaces of cake or cuts and shapes cake to required size, using knife.

• 2) Spreads icing between layers and on surfaces of cake, using spatula.

• 3) Tints white icing with food coloring.

• 4) Inserts die of specific design into tip of bag or paper cone and fills bag or cone with colored icing.

• 5) Squeezes bag to eject icing while moving bag with free-arm writing motions to form design on cake.

• 6) Forms decorations on flower nail and transfers decorations to cake, using spatula.

• 7) May mix icing.
