Job Description:

• 1) Tends bottom-pressing machine that smooths wrinkles from bottom of lasted shoe upper: Turns contour-control dial to adjust shape of heated pressing plate according to specifications stamped on last.

• 2) Inserts guide jack pin of machine into last, and places lasted shoe on heated pressing plate.

• 3) Depresses pedal to lower guide jack that presses lasted shoe against pressing plate.
