Job Description:

• 1) Fills insole depression with compound to provide cushion for ball of foot and even surface for attachment of outsole: Spreads heated compound on insole, using spatula.

• 2) Positions shoe on machine and depresses pedal to lower heated plate that presses and smooths compound.

• 3) May press and smooth compound by hand, using spatula.

• 4) May fill heated reservoir with compound.
