Job Description:

• 1) Tends machine that mixes ingredients to prepare batter for ice cream cones: Dumps required number of sacks of sifted flour into mixer.

• 2) Measures or weighs out specified amounts of other ingredients, such as sugar, coloring, water, and baking soda and pours them into mixer.

• 3) Starts mixer and opens valve to transfer batter from mixer to storage tanks.
