Job Description:

• 1) Sews leather covers on baseballs and softballs: Places glue-dipped ball in buck frame and stretches both leather covers over ball.

• 2) Pulls perforated edges of covers together with pliers and tacks covers into place with brads or staples.

• 3) Sews covers onto ball with harness needle, using waxed linen thread.
