Job Description:

• 1) Colors, kneads, and forms almond paste into decorative shapes, such as fruits and flowers: Adds specified amount of coloring to batch of almond paste and kneads it to distribute coloring uniformly.

• 2) Rolls paste into sheets or cuts pieces from lump of paste and molds into decorative shapes, using fingers.

• 3) May affix trimmings, such as artificial leaves and stalks, and form designs, using fingers or pronged instrument.

• 4) May paint molded products with edible coloring, using brush.
