- 1) Tends tying machine that automatically wraps and ties string around bundles of products, such as cardboard boxes and finished canvas goods: Threads string through machine wrapping arm.
- 2) Positions specified number of items to be tied on machine table.
- 3) Depresses pedal that passes wrapping arm around items, ties knot, and cuts off string.
- 4) May visually inspect products for defects.
- 5) May keep production records.
