Job Description:
- 1) Supervises and coordinates activities of personnel engaged in selling tickets for scheduled airline flights in airline ticket office or terminal: Instructs and trains agents.
- 2) Adjusts disputes between customers and agents.
- 3) Prepares reports, such as volume of ticket sales and cash received.
- 4) Maintains records on data, such as weight and location of passengers, cargo, and mail to ensure compliance with load specifications.
- 5) Suggests travel itineraries for customers.
- 6) May reserve space for passengers.
- 7) Performs other duties as described under SUPERVISOR Master Title.
