Job Description:

• 1) Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in preparing and repairing screens used in printing textile materials: Confers with other supervisors to coordinate interdepartmental work flow, to determine type new screens to be produced, and estimate costs for repairing used screens.

• 2) Trains new employees in techniques of photographic screen reproduction and repair or assigns employee to experienced worker for training.

• 3) Interviews and hires personnel for department.
