Job Description:

• 1) Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in drying, bagging, and loading spent brew mash grains and surplus fermenting yeast: Coordinates drying, bagging, and car-loading operations and requisitions materials to meet daily production schedules.

• 2) Measures moisture content of grain and yeast, using hygrometer.

• 3) Moves controls of drying machine to regulate moisture content of grains and yeast.
