Job Description:
- 1) Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in cleaning, eviscerating and preparing fish for packing or canning: Trains workers to clean, eviscerate or prepare fish for packing or canning.
- 2) Inspects fish at various stages of processing to determine if company standards are being met.
- 3) Performs other duties as prescribed under SUPERVISOR Master Title.
