Job Description:
- 1) Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in processing eggs for shipment and storage: Schedules processing according to type of eggs ordered, delivery date, availability of eggs, and capacity of machines.
- 2) Informs MATERIAL HANDLERS of number of cases to pack.
- 3) Verifies counting of eggs, preparation of receipts, and movement of eggs, according to company standards.
- 4) Directs workers in government and company sanitation regulations.
- 5) Inspects appearance and work methods of EGG CANDLER and EGG BREAKER for conformance to sanitation regulations.
- 6) Repairs or adjusts machinery.
- 7) Performs other duties as defined under SUPERVISOR Master Title.
