Job Description:

• 1) Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in winding electric motors and generators: Plans and schedules department activities, utilizing knowledge of motor controls, winding machine operations, insulation characteristics, and types of windings.

• 2) Plans and inspects machine adjustments.

• 3) Assigns duties to utilize available machines to complete job order according to specifications, such as number of pieces, number of turns, size of coils or armatures, and type of wire.
