Job Description:

• 1) Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in bonding, stretching, and applying finishing solution to synthetic sewing threads to improve their sewing quality: Observes production activities to ensure that work progresses according to schedule and that work methods meet prescribed standards.

• 2) Feels bonded thread to verify that moisture content and surface smoothness of thread meet processing specifications.

• 3) Confers with company personnel to identify and resolve processing problems.
