Job Description:

• 1) Tends machine that grinds granulated sugar into powdered sugar: Turns handwheel to set spacing between grinding rollers or stones, or installs gratings in drum of grinding machine to obtain specified degree of fineness.

• 2) Starts machine and empties bags of granulated sugar into hopper.

• 3) Observes grinding and discharging process to verify pulverization of sugar to specified fineness and discharge of sugar through air-leg into bags.
