Job Description:
- 1) Repairs, rents, or sells ice skates and equipment at ice-skating rink: Removes skate blade from shoe, places it in guide frame, and sharpens blade on grinding wheel.
- 2) Drills holes in shoe, using electric drill, and bolts blade to shoe, using wrench.
- 3) Cleans skates with cloth or buffing tool and places them on shelf according to size.
- 4) Issues skates to patrons and collects ticket or money for rental.
- 5) Sells merchandise, such as skates, skate guards, and skating apparel.
