Job Description:
- 1) Attaches and adjusts telescopic and other special sights to shotguns and rifles: Locates and marks position for mounting holes, using scales and dividers.
- 2) Operates drill press to drill and tap mounting holes and screws sights on barrel.
- 3) Positions gun in holding fixture.
- 4) Sights through bore and moves fixture to align gun with target.
- 5) Turns setscrews on sight mount to align telescopic sight with fixed target.
- 6) Routes gun for test firing.
