Job Description:
- 1) Assembles rotors used in electric timer motors, using glue dispenser and die: Places rotor disk in die attached to conveyor.
- 2) Positions rotor shaft, with hub attached, through hole of rotor disk.
- 3) Presses tip of pencil-shaped glue dispenser against hub of rotor shaft and rotor disk to join parts.
- 4) Places plastic pinion in die, lifts glued assembly from die, and presses rotor shaft through hole in pinion to complete rotor assembly.
- 5) Places completed assemblies in tray for further processing.
