- 1) Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in cleaning and grinding grain and in bolting flour to ensure milling, according to specifications.
- 2) Feels flour during processing and adjusts grinding rolls and other equipment to mill product to specifications.
- 3) Performs duties as described under SUPERVISOR Master Title.
