Job Description:

• 1) Examines fit and hang of garments, and marks location of trimmings and fasteners to be added and defects to be corrected: Positions garment on sized model form and examines fit and hang of garment for conformity to model.

• 2) Indicates defects, such as wrinkles, bulges, or puckers, and positioning of fasteners and trimming, such as belts, buttons, sashes and snaps, by pinning garment or marking with chalk.

• 3) May be designated according to garment draped as Coat Draper; Dress Draper.
