Job Description:
- 1) Collects and tests samples of copper-ore slurries: Draws samples from processing tanks or vats at specified times and locations, and labels containers with identifying data.
- 2) Weighs samples, compares color against chart, and measures acidity or alkalinity, using pH meter.
- 3) Records test results on product-control forms.
- 4) Observes equipment during rounds to detect malfunctions, and notifies FILTER-PLANT SUPERVISOR of irregularities.
