- 1) Supervises and coordinates activities of CENTRAL-OFFICE OPERATORS engaged in operating telephone switchboards: Conducts on-the-job training for inexperienced operators.
- 2) Assists operators in placing unusual types of calls.
- 3) May discuss service problems directly with customers.
- 4) Performs other duties as described under SUPERVISOR Master Title.
